1 Why not cook with certain oils? Some believe after it heats beyond the smoke point that it breaks down and fats can turn to trans-fats or saturated fats- this is not proven
2 Is it bad to eat later at night? It is believed that eating too close to bed time means foods aren’t digesting and will be turned to fat.
3 What is the difference between saturated, unsaturated and trans fats? See infographic
4 What is cholesterol? Is a waxy, fat like substance food in the cells of the body, it does not mix with the blood but is carried around by the blood- a build up of cholesterol restricts the flow of blood

17 What helps lower blood pressure? Some foods thought to help lower blood pressure are: skim milk, spinach, sunflower seeds, beans, baked potato, bananas, soy beans, dark chocolate
18 What is the difference between portion and serving? A portion is how much you choose to eat at one time, a serving is the amount of food recommended for one time
